My Content Philosophy
Here's the thing about giving advice – it's easy to sound smart when you're using big words and complex theories. It's much harder to be helpful.
That's why my content philosophy is simple: if my tired, stressed, coffee-deprived friend can't understand and apply it immediately, it's too complicated. The best advice isn't the most sophisticated – it's the most applicable.

What Makes Me Qualified to Help?
Let's address the elephant in the room – I don't have a fancy degree in life coaching. I don't have certificates hanging on my wall. What I have is something money can't buy and schools can't teach: lived experience.
I've made mistakes that would make you cringe. I've had successes that came from failing first. I've learned that the best teacher isn't always the one with the most credentials; sometimes it's the one who's walked the path you're on and can tell you where the potholes are.
My qualification is that I've been where you are. I've stared at my ceiling at 3 AM, wondering if I'm doing life wrong. I've celebrated tiny victories that no one else understood. I've built myself up from scratch more times than I can count.
